When Chekhov saw the long winter, he saw a winter bleak and dark and bereft of hope. Yet we know that winter is just another step in the cycle of life. But standing here among the people of Punxsutawney and basking in the warmth of their hearths and hearts, I couldn't imagine a better fate than a long and lustrous winter.

Worst service I've ever had at a McDonalds. Cashiers were rude and inattentive. I stood at the counter for 4minutes, multiple employees made eye contact with me, but completely ignored that I was at there (some talking on the phone, others socializing). 

At one point, one employee was openly swearing in front of the small children waiting at the counter for someone to give them their condiments.

The soda machine was out of most of the sodas, and upon asking about them, employees would fill them at the back with the wrong drink (ask for an orange soda, and get iced tea). 

Terrible service, terrible environment.

Was pulling in and seen two people hanging out the window and trying to talk to each other from one window to the other while one of them was getting a back rub from another employee. So we go in and order and look back at where the food is being cooked and the floor was a mess (they are not real busy) we chose to  order and go to sit down and the dinning room was a mess not one table was clean. Sitting there waiting for our food and keep looking to see if it was ready and two employees desided to help them selfs to the ice cream knowing that they started eating right there wich is not health code. Speaking of health code got our food and the babys kids meal had a chocolate milk that looked like it had been opened and the goguart had been opened had yogurt comming out of it. Boy this place needs to step it up for me to even think about comming back here.

They are trying out an automated only ordering system. Which means they won't take your order when you come in, you have to use the kiosks. Unfortunately the kiosks could use some work. They currently take a lot longer to use than traditional ordering, especially for customizing your order. Not enough workers to help. Food took a long time about 15 minutes to get to my table after placing the order. Probably because it looked like only 3 workers were there. A kiosk line grew. Some people waited 5 minutes at the counter before an employee told them they weren't taking orders and to use a kiosk. Additional costs for adding lettuce and tomato to a burger is getting out of control .40¢ each. You almost just doubled the price of your dollar burger for a sprinkle of lettuce and a slice of a small tomato.

I love McDonald's. But this is a terrible location. I've gone about 5 times in the last year and they have messed up my order every single time (and I'm not making complicated special orders, I order standard combo meals). When I asked them to fix my order today, the manager was very rude and I left without them fixing it. They are also very slow.
