Absolutely the worst experience at BK ever. I try to always be patient and understanding when workers are stressed. But there was no one in the restaurant when we came and only one or two cars in the drive thru. There was nobody to stress these three employees! The workers appeared to hate their jobs and hate being inconvenienced by our visit. When we came in one of them looked at us like "Who are you to come in here?!?" Eventually she came over and mumbled "Can I help you?" The food was fine, but it took over 10 minutes to get two Whoppers!! My daughter ordered fries separately and the fries took over 5 minutes. If I had the audacity, I would have video'd them. Maybe they all were having a hard day and we happened to come in at the tail end of their shift. Even still, it's no excuse for making paying customers feel like dirt for stopping in. To the management: please retrain your employees. And if they don't want to be trained, they don't need to work there.
I have consistently poor experiences here. I just waited on my mobile order for over 20 minutes I think we ended up at 27 minutes with only 1 other car coming through the drivethru behind me and no one in front of me, then when I went inside, all 6 employees were standing in a circle talking as if they had no customers, which would have been true if I were not still pulled up outside their door to make way for the car behind me as they had requested 20 minutes prior. They had forgotten my order, despite their assurances they had not. I overheard one finally say that their timer didn't go off. I have a sprained ankle and should not have needed to go in to remind these folks I was sitting out there. Their drive-thru window is also absolutely smashed, which I can only assume came from another disgruntled customer not that this is justified in anyway if that is the cause of the shattered screen which makes speaking and ordering via drive thru a pain.
Placed a simple order. Two sausage/egg and cheese croissants. One croissant with just egg and cheese and two hash brown. When we got home found out that the croissant with egg and cheese didn’t have the egg. How hard is it to place a simple order and get it correct??what ever happened to checking the order before handing it to the customer???
The service at this location used to be average now hit really low. The first incident I had to drive all the way to Madison because their "fryer was down" they just didn't have any workers that day and today I ordered a mobile order only to turn up into an empty building with no employees! When I came up to the intercom there was no one there so I circled the building and didn't see anyone or a car insight. I had to contact customer service for my refund! It wasn't until I left that I finally saw someone pulled up but I will be no longer be visiting here because it seems they have no one to work here it needs to be shut down if no one wants to work here.
Friday July 8 th, I drove up to the take out speaker and slowly gave my order. At the window I received ed my drink, and waited a short time for my order. I asked for the extra pickles I had asked for on the side. I received 4 in a container. I asked for more as I didn't specify how many pickle chips. She said " naw that's all you get. I asked for ketchup for my fries, on a napkin I was given ketchup pkgs, that had semi dried ketchup smeared on the packages. It was too nasty for her to touch but it was good enough for me to eat. This is the last time I come to this location. And if anyone still looking for a chicken biscuit go to gluckstadt. They have their heads in the right place. By the way this location doesn't even sell it anymore that's what I was told before. Unfortunately this location is gone down in their standards
I tried to go inside lobby it was lock at 4pm. I went thru the drive thru for a Whopper w/cheese combo. Received a burger with to bottom buns that were rubbery tried to eat once I got back to work but could barely chew one bite.
we have been waiting for 2 hours in the line and she was attending the ppl that were dining in but not drive thru and then she yelled at me.
27 min in the drive through is un acceptable
Glad I happened to take the wrapper off. I got it remade shoulda got a refund because the lady had a attitude with me like I did some wrong ‍‍She remade the burger and fries but she said she not giving me no drink I was like but ma’am I waited in this long line what I’m soars do choke on the burger and fries she said “I made the food over I can’t refill cups through the window” I said can you just give me another cup she shook her head and said that’ll be 2 dollars and fiddy cent! I was like ‍‍And I was even dressed to go in a store ‍‍‍
Their food is really good plus the burgers are neatly made.
