Went through drive thru at Lake Harbor. Ordered a "large" frosty and a medium fry. At the second window I am given a fry and a small frosty. I questioned if that was a large and she told me they ran out of large cups. I asked if they had changed my billed amount or were they goung to and she looked at me like I was crazy for asking and repeated they had run out of large cups. I pressed the question and she left the window. Another girl came to the window and the scenario played out the same way. Someone gave her a second cup "large" with more frosty in it and she handed it to me. Fast food and just about everything else expects a perfect premium for less than stellar goods and services and acts like a person does not have the right or sense to expect anything else. These days the customer is a joke. It will work for a short time but just remember...you aren't the only people with a burger and fries and eventually the guy who has them and wants to be fair and honest will be successful with the customers you threw away.

They just told us they close at "12:40 " the exact time we reached the drive thru menu when we tried to go through the drive thru.... No one closes at 12:40. Obviously, you are scheduled to close at 1, and other people were waiting for their food when we pulled up in the drive thru line. The service here is lazy. So much for a "late night" menu. Extremely disappointed in you Wendys. You were our go to for late night snacks. Just a reminder as to why Chick-fil-a is worth the wait.

tonight was worst experience ever, had several bad ones at this location, but i refuse to spend my hard earned money here anylonger. First off i ONLY ordered a Taco Salad thats it, not complicated. Well the girl was Very rude and practically threw the bag at me without saying a word, then when i checked it she only gave me the salad and chili LOL, So i told her i needed the corn chips, Salsa and i needed napkins and a fork !! She frowns and says something to a coworker like i was the jerk ?? then i said i know what goes with a Taco Salad and you work here and you dont?? LOL  man im done with fast food , im gonna learn to cook with my Crock Pot from now on. And by the way they didnt even give me enough chili like they used too, oh! and almost forgot i had to beg for freaking Sour cream too that also supposed to come with it , but apparently they didnt know that

Worst quality food ever. They never make the food right and it is NEVER fresh. You can tell they have a bunch of people who don’t care working there. This is my last time wasting my money at this location!

I believe this plate gave me food poisoning.  No more than 30 minutes after eating in the bathroom all day. The health dept need to investigate this place. Never again!!!

Whoever they have running this place in the last few months is a consummate professional who deserves a raise, as do all of the employees. All of employees are motivated and courteous, the line moves very efficiently, the food quality is great, and they always get my order right. This location has improved by leaps and bounds. It's now my favorite. And if you've had a bad experience in the past should give it another shot!

I am a huge fan of their breakfast. It taste like food I make at home from the sandwich to the "home" friesFood: 5/5

People were rude and it took about 10 minutes to take our order when no other costumer were in therFood: 4/5

Fastest of all fast food! I eat here several times a month because of convenience to my work, but I would go out of my way to eat here.  They are consistently fast, never get my order wrong, and polite.  If I was the owner or manager, I would pay these employees very well to retain them.  This should be the model of fast food service.

Typical Wendy's location great food. Fast service. Very good customer service. Great deals and combos. The inside is nice also.
