So this is one of my favorite B.K.'s in my area. I just want to say they always prepared the food very very well and quickly! And this time my jalapeno poppers here were excellent! There was no mozzarella sticks at the moment but they exchanged it for the jalapeno peppers. Need to update, so my order was wrong. I ordered the "Royal Bacon Chicken Swiss Sandwich" but instead i got a lite burnt, with American cheese chicken sandwich. And I had placed this mobile order with a $10 customer support credit from B.K from a recent bad order. And again, only this time different location. Geez...

Came here for breakfast but was told it ended 30 mins before so I went ahead and ordered from the lunch menu. Hamburger meat was cold, hard and dark around the edges my rodeo cheeseburger had no onion rings or cheese  my fries were really hard and the same for my nuggets. Tried going into lobby but they had it closed, was just going to have them remake till I was told I should have ate it right away while it was hot so I just asked for my money back.

Ordered food through the drive thru. Person was short with us and rude. Got our food and noticed we had several items missing. Brought this to our attention and they acted irritated with us about it. Gave us our missing food but the 3 things of fries were dumped on the bottom of our bag and no cheese was on any of the burgers. I would typically not be upset about these things but we were extremely nice and the store was not busy. Its sad that people can't take pride in their work.

I'm the kind of person that thinks if you pay for a service you should get the service you paid... story short I got some food and they get me something different I told them that... and they told me that's all they got I asked for a refund they said no I ask for corporate numbers they said they were not going to give it to me...Food: 1/5

When you ask him if they have something at the window and they they tell you you do then you pay for it and they say they’re short the side of on your food it’s very frustrating to have that happen a plain burger with just onions and barbecue sauce is disgusting supposed to be onion rings on it

I spoke with the manager about a previous order that was wrong. She insured me this order was right. She even offered free food for the previous visit which I declined. This time the order was once agian bad. So I called in and was repeatedly hung up on. The location needs the owner to know how his manager and employees are running his store into the ground and chasing away customers.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a whopper with cheese fresh off including the meat I asked the young lady at the window if it was fresh she told me yes I gave her my credit card she handed it back and handed me my Whopper with cheese immediately I said there's no way they just cooked the meat that quick she assured me the person making the Whopper said it was fresh and that's all she could go by,  I pulled around the corner out frount of the building and checked the meat it was barley warm. I called the manager his name was Robert and I asked him about what I had asked for and the service I received and the product I actually got he basically told me I was being too picky and what did i want himto do I said I wanted him to talk to his employees to give the customers exactly what they paid for and ask for that's why I come to Burger King is to get a fresh charbroiled burger fresh off the grill instead of a Burger compared to their competitors arby's or McDonald's or sonic right up the street he told me I was being too picky and what I was asking for. Not good customer service let alone from the person that made the Burger let alone the attitude I got from the manager Robert in calling to tell him about this Burger that I had received. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

20 minutes in line at the drive up still no dinner. There were only 2 cars in front of me. What is going on here in at the BK in Midvale Utah? THE OWNER HAS GOT TO DO SOMETHING I will never come here again.

Store "closed" during business hours 4PM with employees clearly in the store. Placed my order through the BK App prior to arriving, went to pick up through the drive thru and received the recording saying they'd be right with me. After waiting 3 minutes and no responses, I tried to go inside and the doors were locked. Not the first time something like this has happened at this location.

Placed a mobile order and when we got to the drive though there was only other car in line. That car was at the screen for almost 10 minutes when they finally pulled forward we were told to look at the menu and they will be right with us. Another 10 minutes with no one coming back, we just had an online order. We left without the food and will not come back here would tell others the same.
