I love Jimmy John's but this location is the slowest I've ever been to. We ordered online and arrived 10 minutes later and still waited 12 minutes in store. The staff was moving incredibly slow and didn't bother to update us on our order or anything. Also missed a sandwich and one had an entire wad of hair in it. Not okay at all.

Definitely *not* freaky fast. Every time I go to Jimmy Johns, the sandwich is ready less than 2 minutes after I pay. We waited nearly 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches while it appeared staff were making sandwiches for each other. What appeared to be a shift manager was hiding in the bathroom playing pokemon go. Additionally, my husband ordered one of their giant sandwiches, and it was not cut in half like they normally do. Definitely will not be returning to this location. The 1 star awarded were exclusively for the fact that the sandwiches were still tasty and the location was clean.

Spent $50 on 3 large sandwiches Spicy Italian, but big difference in locations as they were subpar compared to prior orders! Bread over done - just not worthy - something missing/off! Disappointing!

Every time I’ve ordered from this location, the delivery has taken 45 min to an hour. I decided to give it another try and received the same results. Unfortunately I could not wait for the order any longer and had to request a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this location if you are looking for the regular  “freaky fast” timeframe like most other locations provide in the valley.

This is NOT fast delivery! The last 3 times we've ordered they have been slow and the order has been wrong. I'm better off ordering pizza.Service: 1/5

Sandwich quality has improved. Was getting the wrong toppings over and over so I stopped ordering for a while. Not sure why light or regular cheese is the same price?  Update: Ordered same sandwich from same location. Asked for no tomatoes and EZ Lettuce. Still added it to my sandwich. Delivery details were to ring the doorbell Ring doorbell from Amazon, everyone knows what it looks like. Doorbell never rang, sandwich was just sitting on table in the lobby. Asked for napkins and got only 1.  Update 2: Waited a few months this time and the sandwiches are back to being the JJ standard we all love! Whomever is making the sandwiches today, KEEP THEM!

The SLOWEST Jimmy Johns I've ever been to, especially for pick up. Don't place an order unless you have ample time to wait.

Amanda is such an amazing host and makes the most amazing sandwiches with no green tomatoes all fresh veggies fresh sliced meats and cheese what an amazing woman thank you Amanda Lopez!

I absolutely love Jimmy John's, everything about their sandwiches is perfect. I order delivery and most of the time they are fast, they past few times they have taken about an hour because they only have one driver. However, last night, after taking an hour, they forgot my jalapeño chips. I called the store to see if they could refund me for the chips b/c I didn't want them to have to drive all the way back to my house for chips. They informed me that they would immediately deliver my chips, and they did in about 15 min. Even though I waited a long time for my food I am grateful for their service and them going the extra mile. Thanks!

This is the best JJ's. Competent, efficient staff. Got my order right and fast.  Parking: Be careful in this parking lot because there&#39;s a lot going on with the drive thru
