I pulled up and was not greeted at the order board. When I pulled to the window the employee was getting out of the bathroom putting his headset on. I smiled at him and he held his finger up to me with he took the customer BEHINDs order. When he opened the window, there was no apology. I ordered 4 classics and 2 crinkle fries. It came to $25. So I asked if they were done with the 4 for $10. He said yes. It is advertised at every other arbys and on TV. So I asked him to change it to 3. He was visibly annoyed. After he took my payment, he handed me my receipt and card crumbled up together. Said "hold on a minute, I need to go make sandwiches." Went straight to back line and started making sandwiches. There was one other employee working, assumable trainee, and another standing in the parking lot. When I pulled away. The drive thru was full. This poor guy was screwed. Frustrating for him. And my receipt says "manager" for the name. I hope he isn't. Worst experience and the beef was the thickest I've had on a classic. Very disappointed.
Been here about 5 times. Quality went down super quick. They like to serve old hardening buns with their sandwiches at this location. I would say 2 of the 5 times I’ve been here I’ve gotten a decent fresh bun on my sandwich. Other 3 times have been hard old buns. Sad.
Good service taking the order and picking it up. I ordered one of the Wagu Deluxe burgers, a roast beef sandwich and large curly fries. Burger was way overloaded with the dressing on both sides. Soggy bread, wilted lettuce, smashed into the foil wrap and cold. Horrible! I didn't take more than one bite and threw it away. The RB sandwich bun as old and meat was cold. Got 4 Arby’s sauce instead of horsey sauce. The curly fries were cold and 80% crumbs obviously from the left overs of an old batch. The entire order was cold, gross and lacked any resemblance of quality. Total waste of $16. Very disappointing.
We showed up 15 mins before closing on Friday 9/23/22 as a former fast food employee I hated myself for doing this and had the birthday email and Jose who was working drive thru was a total champ! He was confused by it this happens every year no matter the location but he was patient and very nice! The food was great. But I really just wanted to give Jose a shoutout for being awesome!
Two weeks ago my girlfriends and I went here and we were harassed by an employee. We called corporate to complain, and to get a refund on the food he slammed into our vehicle, yet, we never got a response nor a refund even though we were promised both. Literally, nothing. What happened was extremely appalling and disrespectful, and Arby’s CORPORATE could care less. What a shame. What happened to caring about your customer, and why would you care to employ someone that harasses customers?
I've become an Arby's Afficianado! I'm really discovering the menu items and thrilled when I find something new and love it. Arby's has a creative menu and the cashiers and staff, that I've interacted with, have been well trained, me being a fast food manager and dm for many years, have found the Arby's staff friendly and professional. Thank you. I look forward to visiting more Arby's restaurants in my journeys. Thank you. Keep your standards high. 5/5 stars.
Went drive thru and a couple things went wrong. Shakes were great but we also ordered a 9 piece buffalo chicken and a French dip but we got only 6 pieces of chicken and a lamb gyro with the au jus sauce I don't like lamb so wasn't okay with the surprise! We didn't get our receipt either. Thanks anyways Arby's.
honestly very weird vibes, the guy at drive through shut the window on me after asking me a question. Then when he gave us the food he like kinda shoved it into our car. Idk maybe it wasn’t a good night for him. other than that service was fast
I had to pull forward to wait on their new pie. When I received my food the fries, chicken sandwich, and mozzarella sticks were cold and nasty. The soda was mostly carbonation. Just threw our order away and went somewhere else
My brother and I came to the drive through on 12/29 around 10:15 waited 10-15 minutes for two meals and 4-piece nuggets. One of the nuggets was cold and raw, when I touched it; it was cold I tore the skin off and it was still pink and squishy. And while waiting I glanced over at the window when one employee was touching her hair and face.
