Good chicken, tender and juicy! Quick and friendly order taker and food pickup. Sad & undercooked fries…….can easily be fixed. Kids meal has a lame toy, just get the three pieces meal and be happy with the extra ckn strip.  To get in the line go down by the hotel entrance, don’t get stuck in the parking lots of near by restaurants- it’s a tight fit for a truck.  Worth trying. Just get the 4 piece meal, not huge portions. Closer than Mr. Charlie’s in Draper, but not better! “

The lovely lady read back my order perfectly in the drive thru 'box combo with extra fries instead of Cole slaw.' I didn't get the box combo or extra fries.  While the chicken was good the fries are to thin and way over salted resulting in a fry that is soft and salty ew.  I am from the Netherlands and having a good fry is everything. I wont be back.

The food isn't 'bad' but I can't describe it as good. It just is. The Texas Toast was more "Texas Warm Bread". The extra long crinkle cut fries are pretty meh. The chicken fingers are really well cooked, but the breading seems kind of tasteless. The ' "handmade sauce" doesn't seem any more notable than any number of other chicken sauces. Again, not bad. But I am absolutely baffled at the crowd.

High praise for this chain, particularly the South Jordan location. The place was clean, they promptly jumped on it when I told them the restroom was out of paper towels. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. It was hot, delicious, and the sauce was tasty. +1 for using the good pebble ice!Food: 5/5

Was excited to try this new place in our neighborhood.  The chicken seemed very fresh, but couldn't really stand on its own.  The sauce was tasty, though, and different.  Took a little longer than other quick service places, but that's chicken for ya.  Great service, otherwise.  Iwalani the Hawaiian lady was a great dining room attendant and honestly our favorite part of the experience.

Not really a chicken girl, but Cane's is my favorite one and only. Drive through is a little slow, but still a relatively new location so hopefully that will improve. Toast is good, but the bread slices are very small. Love the sauce! One piece of chicken was normal and the second was quite small. Not normally a big deal but it kind of is when your dinner is two pieces of chicken and a piece of toast.

Update 9/12:  Started timer when I pulled into line 2 cars behind the point of sale.  The wireless order machine was malfunctioning so the total wait time was almost 7 minutes to get a single box combo.  Fries were perfect this time and the window order delivery was flawless.  Overall incredible improvements over last week. Managers were in groups talking or on their phones so it must be running smoothly. Associates were working hard.

Let me start off by saying they have some delicious chicken. Every bite melts in your mouth like butter. And paired with the peppery sauce ? PERFECTION !!! Second, the staff were just amazing. As soon as we came in we were welcomed by upbeat and kind staff kudos because it was like 10 pm. But really what took the cake was Taylor. An amazing staff member. She came up to us and talked for at least 10 minutes. Personalizing and finding common interests. Absolutely lovely person. GIVE HER A RAISEEE !!

This place is perfect for feeding starving post-hospital visit folk who haven't had a bite to eat in 6½ hours. Chicken tenders is the only thing they sell, but chicken tenders is the only thing you'll desire when you walk inside. Delicious and the name comes from a dog? AND they sell dog shirts???? Would have bought one but they were out of my size. Awesome. Amazing. Many dog. Many chicken.  Dietary restrictions: No salt

Never tried this chain before. Just opened. Hugely disappointing. Chicken was below average, coating was soggy, fries were cold and soggy, they forgot my Cole slaw and their bread was tasteless. On a bright note…good lemonade. Maybe things will be better when all of the new hires are broke in. But I’ll never know. Because I won’t go back. I’m heading to Popeyes.
