Tried a   Whopper for the first time here. I really love spicy food. Was surprised at the level of heat. It was almost hot enough for me. Tasted great as well. Nice customer service.Food: 5/5

Manager is the worst! She refused to prepare our order even though our order was accepted through the mobile app because she closed the store early. Refused to give us refund for it and kept telling us to just come back tomorrow morning for the order. Worst customer service!

Just a few minutes ago 1/15/23 I had a really unnerving experience near here. I'm waiting for my nephew to get off of work, was there about 2 minutes when I look up and a BK employee is taking video of me through the window. Of me just sitting there- isn't that creepy??

Hair was in my food.  I wrote this a year ago... I ordered ice cream and fries and my fries were cold. I went there a month ago and I ordered a sausage biscuit in the biscuit was extremely hard so I called back and they replaced it with a croissant sandwich. Just check your food before you leave because they will throw anything in the bag.  Now I remember why I stop going.

I usually stay away from Fast Food... However, on the rare occasion that I do... I go to either to Burger King or Carl's Jr's. Burger King has the most delicious, best burger ever... The "Impossible Whopoer"! Unfortunately, this particular "Burger King" doesn't accept Burger King coupons! Oh well, What can we do?

The service and food were acceptable. I was there from 9-10:45 a.m. My car was being worked on nearby. But, when I went to sit down, I almost gagged. The booths and tables needed busing. The floor was gross. It needed to be swept. It looked as if someone had combed their hair in the area. There were big wads of hair all over the floor, along with the usual opened packets of ketsup, etc. I cleaned my table off before I set my food on it. One of the employees seemed to be on break, but for 2 hours? Anyway, the floor remained filthy for the two hours I was there. I may need to find another place to eat next time I have my car worked on.
