Food was good but employees have no customer service whatsoever. I asked for a large Pepsi and he puts down a large Diet Pepsi. I correct him and he changed the screen to the correct order at the drive thru. I then receive a medium Diet Pepsi and when I asked them to change it, he acts like I am asking him to load up sacks of concrete and tells the other employee that I want a Pepsi. No just admit that you messed up and I received the wrong item because you were stressing about being in the vertical position moving.
Stopped by Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. Great value and the food we ordered hit the spot.
I ordered my food on thier app. I arrived at the store to see the dive thru block so I proceeded to park. I was meet by a woman who said " our location is closed" I asked "well I already paid how do I get my order?" To which she replied very loudly "our location is closed" I said "yeah but" she repeated herself again twice but louder. So now I've been sceamed at and I will be going to bed hungry because I don't get a refund for 2 to 3 days because of no fault of my own. Not the first time the location has been closed with no explanation.
I went to the drive through and did not receive my entire order. It's a hassle to try to turn around f in their small parking lot to retrieve the rest of my order. I do not plan to dine here again.
I put a mobile order in for pick up at the counter. When i got to the restaurant the doors were locked and had a sign that said "drive thru open." So now i have to wait in the 15 car drive thru line because they didnt want people going inside.
The food at Tacobell is always good at this establishment they seemed to be so busy that they couldn't work as efficiently as they could have with the amount of workers they haveFood: 5/5
Horrible...burrito was 3 bites and tortilla was not fresh at all. Is this why they were closed recently...no masks or gloves worn by workers.Food: 1/5
The Taco bell I visited was fine. It was a run of the mill taco bell. Nothing super good, but also nothing bad. Very average, which is good. Parking: Parking is hard to get to when you first arrive, once you find the way in Parking is available but crammed.
Drive thru... the guy was eating while taking my order... and rushed me to order...I HATE THAT! But thr food was exactally what u expect.
Poor service and sustenance level quality. Place is clean and you have to get someone to fumble through a long chain of keys to access the restroom. Its a ho-hum, extra bland environment where the receipt is bigger than the food.
