Great and timely service! We came in with a school bus full of hungry wrestlers and I was blown away at how quickly they served us.  Not often a fast food restraunt has such a kind  spirit of service when exspecting a mad house of customers.  Thank you and we appreciate the A+ service in a world that is so much in need of quality customer service!!

My 5 star review goes to Angela and Tiffany. The other staff, not so much. No sense of urgency and consideration with the preparation of your food. Hot and fresh food should not take over 20 minutes especially when your order is simple.  However, if they keep Angela and Tiffany around hopefully everything will reshape itself. I would eat here again. Thank you Angela for your promptness and kindness.  Be blessed

So, normally I don’t have any problems here. The food is pretty good and fresh, people are nice enough, but this time I went and I spent $10 on a meal and asked for a ranch because I prefer that with my french fries Yes, I know I’m weird but the lady at the pickup said she had to charge me. I was flabbergasted and she said gave me plenty of ketchup. I smiled and said, “Thank you but I just prefer ranch.“ She was nice enough but still said that she would have to charge my 27 cents.  I laughingly asked if it wasn’t included in the meal, trying to be breezy about it, and she again said, “No, sorry, I have to charge you 27 cents.” So I gave up and looked in my wallet and saw my coin purse was empty and remembered & explained that I just gave away all my change to the Salvation Army and thought she might just give one to me after she asked how many I wanted. I told her I just needed one, but she still held out her hand. SMH. Really?!? I looked all over my car and scrounged just enough to buy that single cup of ranch but just thought that whole thing was ridiculous!! I don’t know what happened to common sense and basic customer service? Would 1 cup of ranch really have mattered that much when normally they fill your bag with condiments you don’t even ask for? Could we make a “condiments exchange program” and maybe I’ll give you back the 5 packets of ketchup I didn’t want or ask for in exchange for the one condiment I did actually want?? Just saying. Lol. Maybe just have a balance with people or don’t give customers quite such a hard time about something so simple. Ask people if they want condiments and provide 1 per order and charge for extra. I didn’t know BK was that bad off. Like I said, normally a great place to stop by, but today’s customer service was an absolute fail. Update: after I opened the hard-to-get ranch and tried some it was sour and bitter, and it really did NOT taste right. So, I guess that was the Universe’s way of telling me that I shouldn’t have had ranch with my fries today!

Ordered the fish meal fresh and they did it and pulled ahead and waited they brought it out and ate my onion rings first and they tasted like rubber. This particular location Burger King has sucked since the day they built it. Food is never good. Keep hoping they will get someone good in there to make a change for the better.

The first order I placed the chicken on my sandwich was extremely small. I'm not the type to complain but when I went in miss Angela had me one made fresh and it was delicious! Everytime I've dealt with this burger King I've left a happy camper. Will be returning.Food: 5/5

Hallie, Roy, and Kaylee I think that was their names. 3 young closers 11-06-22 were the best, really hospitable and let us order after we walked all the way from the Flying J, the lobby had just closed. It was by far the best B King we've been into in a while. We will be back next time we're in town.

Stopped here twice in two weeks. Ordered my food. Drove home to find out my order was wrong. The second time I stopped I explained to the girl at the pickup window about my last order being screwed up. She reassured me it is right this time. Got home and it was wrong again.

I live in Temple and have to visit this location often. It is not worth even trying when the evening shift is there. I ordered the the 2/$11 big fish and qtr king or something. Hair in the big fish sandwich and the burger was wrong in every way. I asked for no onion and the burger hd no cheese and only onion with globs of condiments. I was on my lunch break from work and called them to let them know the order was messed up and the guy told me “no one here cares” and that the manager wasn’t there.

3 times in a row the burgers are burnt, cold and dry. I got a dbl stacker and dbl cheese burger patties were black and the cheese wasn't melted not going back there for a while.Food: 2/5

Waited over 30 minutes still didn’t get our food but people after us got there fast and ask for our money back just didn’t do anything but ignored us
