I'm from Oklahoma and let me tell everyone....we NEED a Bojangles!!!! Great country ham biscuits. Well, everything we ate was delicious. The people that work there...friendly, fast and they just has a system down. So Bojangles....we NEED you this way!!!!
Why are you closed at 8pm? Lost a customer here, and I won't come back because of it. Plenty of time in the day, and plenty of workers in the store. Just tape off the lobby and mention you aren't serving the lobby due to cleaning. Lame
A mixture of good and bad experiences. They seem to be out of a lot of items often, something I've seen consistently at other fast food chains. The staff is very nice, but can make mistakes, so double check your orders. Their sodas typically come out flat, so we stick with sweet tea. Minor inconsistencies would be far less frustrating if things weren't so expensive. Obviously the fault here lies with the corporates sides of chains like this. The staff is young, and I do not blame them one bit for being a little checked out from time to time. Much more of the fault goes to corporate and non-restaurant workers for raising prices based on nothing, keeping wages low, and failing to properly supply locations yet not making any adjustments to the restaurants or menus leaving staff to deal with disgruntled customers. I guarantee you experiences at places like this Bojangles would be so much better if the restaurant employees manager and non-manager were treated with more respect.
They are having their Grand re-opening! They are now under new management and there were definitely changes and it was very noticeable! The service was great and our food came out fast and was wonderful. We met the new owners and they were so nice and very excited about their restaurant's potential here in Temple Ga! Give this place another visit and see if you can see the difference in their food, speed and employees!
This place wasn’t busy when I arrived & the chicken I received had been sitting for awhile.. I gt an 8pc box.. HIGHLY disappointed. Really wish Temple had more restaurants to choose from. My biscuits was fresh but again chicken was sitting for awhile & I could tell. If I ever go here again & if you choose to eat here PLEASE take the time to look/check your food before drive home.
Ordered a chicken sandwich plain and Bo-rounds. The sandwich had mayo and pickle and I'm pretty sure the chicken was hours old. I've never seen gray chicken. The bo-rounds were cold in the middle. I heard the employees say that they forgot to turn on the timer. This location is always out of something. I think this is my last visit.
Slow service 13 min for a Cajun biscuit. Also very unprofessional and violating health code wit no hair nets or hats in kitchen. Hair so tasty. It has been 5 days since I went to Bojangles and left this review I also emailed customer support and called the store trying to reach the General or area managers. I still haven't heard from anyone. So it's not just this store but also upper management. With so many restaurants going out of business with service like this it's amazing Bojangles isn't one of them. I have a feeling it's coming.
I stopped and ordered a BEC combo with large Bo Rounds and large Water. Got told the drink machine was down and was fine with that. I added 2 sausage biscuits for the two guys working with me and paid $12 . Was handed a BEC biscuit and 2 Sausage biscuit and when I asked about my Bo Rounds they told me they were out, after I had already paid for them they told me they were out and refused to refund my money.
Stopped at this exit with the female who gave birth to me 53 years ago the day before my birthday after slightly disrespected earlier that day once again. But you can not determine or force someone to like or want you around them. They biscuit she bought with her favorite pimento cheese she loved like the dish at Bessemer Alabama ruby Tuesdays now closed defunct as most in this city all we have visited. She likes the fact they sell breakfast biscuits all day that might change for specific inconvenience now as many other establishments. I wanted the sweet potato pie my old coworker would bring back to office from field collections but that standing outside in field at another out of compliance yet accepted for the favorites grouping together at a court function no transcript to show the disrespect and ruining of my record crasring havoc around my name. The television show named Court is funny until it's your true life. They use people for jokes all for a dollar.
Figure since we kept passing several of them as we were traveling. We'd give it a try. Food was OK. Fries weren't fresh & sort of hard. I ordered my chicken spicy which wasn't spicy. Maybe it was just this location.Food: 3/5
