Barely half full better off getting a burrito idk about the other chipotle but I'd avoid 5st  one.. update chipotle reached out to me to offer a free platter if I purchase another one gave it a try they were actually full this time so I assume they got told about it so hopefully this place stays consistent.

1st timer...it was amazing! Fresh, hot, tasty HUGE portion! Helpful staff, great customer service!   Vegetarian options: Plenty of fresh vege sides  Kid-friendliness: Kids meals..choose your items

Horrible, won't go back to chipotle for a very long time. This location is awful. Always slow. Old ingredients, missing ingredients... a vegetarian bowl with no guacamole because they "don't have any" when the bin is still sitting there with some in it, have to ask to put extra beans and they charged extra for the queso. The bowl was barely half full. I ended up not being able to eat this and threw the whole thing away because of how severely spicy the black beans were. My mouth and lips were on fire. I no longer ever get lettuce because I'm always sick from it so that has made a difference. And there's no way to put in a complaint or get your money back... so I'll just leave a review. I'm done with chipotle though.

This is the second time that I have to write about this place. Today I had Chloe, the manager, who treated me in a manner with no respect, rudeness and no personal education, and even less to treat customers. She was upset, I don't know why, and her responses were sour, after I ready paid she went back to have fun and laugh hopefully perhaps because of the situation that was created, I really do not recommend this place.

This place is very inconsistent with food quality, but now even inconsistent with training/work practices of their employees. Some employees charge you for things and others don't. Then when inquiring what they are charging for you they have some sarcasm and ignorance in the responses. Yup definitely time to leave this one alone for good. Bye bye to this location......STEER clear if you can

Was delicious. Never ate there before. I went in there thinking, I'll give it a 50/50 chance. To my surprise I really did like it. I thought a little pricey,but,then again , everything is going up. Give it a try.Food: 5/5

This place is going downhill I had ordered a bowl and a burrito and chips coming to a total of $34.61 and the rice was almost inedible because it wasn’t cooked enough. They didn’t have queso and it was only 11:29 am so disappointed that I spent so much to not be able to eat the majority of the food.

I've never had a bad experience here, always good food seems like they have some issues with the online orders..

This place is a hit or missed. One day the food is great, the following week a disaster. How in the world would you sell your Chips burned/overcooked. The manager on duty yesterday 11/18/2021 should had made the right judgment in throwing away the chips. Once I got home and saw the chips I feel so disappointed.

Good place most of the time. I do have orders often late for pickup and missing items but overall it’s not so bad.
