I go to this burger king every so often. There is always something with them. This morning I pulled up at around 6:30am. I asked for burgers and I was told they couldn't make them for me because the grill or something wasn't hot enough. I mean, if you're going to advertise burgers all day you better make sure to have them! You just lost a sale and customer. Also, I didn't receive my receipt. In fact the lady didn't ask if I wanted it or not. No you guys lost feedback for your store too.

The service is bad, yes... Aleo, Yesterday I ordered a bunch of food for the kid and I. I was the only who ate a spicy chicken. The lettuce tasted off but I never thought much of it. few hours later puking and puking. Slow service. Not sanitary. Should be negative five stars. I may not eat at any Burger King again.

This location is horrible! I've had a few incidents here. The "General Manager" Mario, is a complete idiot. One time they messed up my order and he tried to blame me for it. You think he wanted to fix it? No, I told him to give me all of my money back. I tried them again the other day and they messed up my order. I called throughout the day and they never picked up the phone. I came the next morning, called and they still didn't pick up, there were no customers ordering inside or outside, yet Mario says they take care of customers first, before picking up the phone? He didn't offer to replace my meal, not even an apology.

Meat and fries were lukewarm although special ordered (without pickles, onions, mustard, etc) and the buns were cold. Ordered 4 combos and an extra burger in a line behind 3 other customers. Every one of us waited over 10 minutes... one couple for a single combo and 2 kids meals, the other guy for 2 single burgers. This place also doesn't have the upgraded soda fountain; 5-6 drinking options and water isn't on the tap. My children love eating crap when I'll allow it, so the two stars come from them. I'm on a healthier lifestyle so I gave my meal away and ate elsewhere. The only good I can say is the young cashier lady was very polite. Unfortunately, it's obvious this bk is in need of some repairs. Even the lot it's placed in needs work.

Nope, I can understand bad service and good food, good service and bad food, but now we have bad service and bad food. I don't like being told "Sir",while looking at the gentleman, at the drive through in place of at least confirming my order and my total. I do not like being told "Sir" in place of passing back my credit card, being given my food and my beverage. I do not enjoy apathetic responses and phrases while attempting to give your site my business. The food was made incorrectly as well, which for here, is nothing new. I regret I will be finding a new location for lunch.
