Please someone explain to me why I received a fruit loops shake at the drive thru window that was pure liquid? If the shake machine is down then inform your customers and not give liquid in a cup that isn't frozen. The lady at the window had no idea how to perform her job at all. Very sad service, and I'm sure nobody will contact me about his either as customer service has diminished

Good food, great prices. Only problem is that every time we go through the drive thru we are told to park and wait for our food! EVERY TIME! We fly through the drive thru and sit for 10 minutes waiting! Terrible!

This place is nasty i seen employees picking food off the floor after drop to cook they dont wash there hands after visit to restrooms manager is very uneducated in her role [Angelica] treats employees with foul launguage and has fail to pay some precious student employee. I'm surprised no one has truly gotten sick. I give this nasty place a big fat zero

Associates making food for customers with their hands in pockets, then touching and making the sandwiches for customers. Not washing their hands after having touch their personal belongings or changing gloves.then you hear associate say "its more flavor on the food". Terrible associates.
