I don't understand why this place has any rating below 4 stars! I've been coming here for years! Breakfast is amazing, big portion sizes, and great attentive service. I'd recommend the Nutella Crepes.

My husband and I tried Honey-Jam when it first opened and found it wasn't anything special. We tried it again yesterday and still thought it wasn't anything special. The server was good. It took about 40 minutes to get our BREAKFAST order and was told it was because of a big party, which would explain it but, people that ordered after us got their food before us. We'll stick with Eggs Inc. as our go to.

Our service was really poor today and the struggle continued in our section. I ordered the egg and pepper panini and it was very bland and came five minutes after the other three meals were served. Hubby ordered grits and the plate was untouchable for ten minutes. Overall wholly unsatisfactory experience. There are plenty of other breakfast spots in the area

Really disappointed. Family gathering for my Mom (in from out of town) and we wanted to go some place nice. Waitress seemed out of sorts. Waited more than 45 mins for food. They brought out a couple of burnt pancakes and a few small bowls of fruit by manager to hold us over until food came out. We were told it would only be 10 more mins. 15 mins later still nothing. We left hungry and frustrated. Grateful we didn't wait any longer, especially if the food came out in the same quality as the pancakes. We will NEVER go back.

I ordered two eggs, hash browns, and toast. Toast was served cold with cold butter on the side. Asked for new hot toast to be buttered. Too hard for this staff. New hot toast still unbuttered. Served with cold butter on the side.
