Ordered a crave case. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Waited an hour!! Not kidding. Turns out the sandwiches were made wrong. Our choice was wait longer or get a refund. Of course we took the refund after waiting so long.

The staff was nice & my god was hot. I don't understand why it took them almost 15 minutes to make my meal when it was only one person ahead of me.

Used the drive through. It was a little slow and there seemed to be some confusion with the person taking the order. It sounds like they were pulling double-duty dealing with the drive through and the counter. Still, I was in and out in 5 minutes, so not totally horrible. The sliders and fries were piping hot and the drink nice and cold. The woman at the drive through window was very pleasant.

White Castle is what it is, so no comment on the food really. I go there once every few months.
