Pho is decent. I don't think they make the broth from scratch. Pho is not very popular in the Midwest, so I'm pretty happy to find someone who serves it. Most of the staff is friendly. 
Edit: they messed up my order 3 times in a row. The last time was a pickup order, they called to confirm. I got there to pick up and they still didn't make my food! There are much better Pho options within 10 minutes of this place. CHOOSE any one of those.

Very fresh ingredients. Very diverse menu of Vietnamese, Thai, and Korean dishes. Nicely furnished dining room. They do dine in or carry out.

I enjoy this restaurant and the menu selection. The food is very good and satisfies my craving for egg fo young.

The food here at the Bolingbrook location is pretty good, however the service here is awful.  The guy serving us was beyond rude.  I will never step foot in this establishment again.

I've eaten at the Bollingbrook location several times. I like the relaxed atmosphere and tasteful decor and the wonderful pan-Asian menu. This is my first dining choice whenever I happen to be in the area.
