BUYER BEWARE!! Booked event canceled by this vendor 4 days prior to my event. 

I initially called on April 9th to book an event for catering on April 13th, 2018. The owner answered my call and informed me that they were booked for that date. Two days later, I asked if I moved the event to April 20th, if they would be available. He said YES! I asked and emailed him if I needed to give a deposit. He said (and I quote): 

"I have the date and time saved. We will work out the finer details in the next day or so"

Excellent, I thought. Worked on the invites, contacted vendors for tables, tents, games, entertainment, etc. and told them the event was on April 20th at 2pm. 

he emailed me for some information about the food options and asked me to reply with my choices. I did that. Everything was going fine. 

ON MONDAY APRIL 16TH, FOUR 4 DAYS BEFORE MY EVENT, AN EMPLOYEE OF HIS CALLED TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY DOUBLE BOOKED BY MISTAKE. 

Keep in mind that I had already changed the event to accommodate this caterer in the first place. 

Anyhow, now I am scrambling to find a caterer 4 days prior to my invite for 60 people. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Their accommodation: a 100 dollar discount on my next catering event with them. WHY WOULD I EVER LET THEM RUIN ANOTHER EVENT OF MINE? 

Was really looking forward to using them, the burgers look great. But unfortunately, I never will due to my experience. I hope you learn from this Burger Monster. Hopefully you don't repeat this event to another customer.

I work here.  The crew is friendly, diverse, knowlagable about a lot of topics, and our burgers 1/3 lbs cooked.  Everything is prepped same day, and pricing is fair.  These are also amoung the best budgers i have ever had the delight of eating

Just had the satyr burger and can easily say it is one of the best burgers I have had. I don't even like figs but their bacon fig jam combined with goat cheese is amazing. A perfect blend of sweet and savory!

Burger monster was at our conference  last year (via food truck) and offered so many delicious varieties of food it was amazing. Would recommend you see them today and try one of everything. Can't say enough about how great their food is!
