The Burke Cleaners in Windsor is AWESOME!! I've been taking all my cleaning to them since they opened the Windsor location and haven’t had anything go wrong except for my last visit. One of my shirts wasn't pressed very well, and the store manager caught it before I did. She said she wasn't happy with it and would like to send it back for me, but wanted to make sure I was okay with the extra time. It obviously wasn't a problem and they even offered to get it back for me the next day. Very helpful! I have a lot of horror stories from years at other dry cleaners, but I think Burke broke the mold. Every visit is a good one. I don’t know about other customers, but I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism I find there.

This cleaners saved my favorite pair of jeans! I sat in something (don’t know where or what it was!) and I couldn’t get the stain out. I tried everything I could and washed it multiple times at home, but didn’t have any luck. I took it into Burke Cleaners by Albertson’s in Loveland and the lady was really nice. She told me they couldn't guarantee that they could get it out, but I thought it was worth a try. When you find your favorite jeans, it’s hard to retire them… Burke had to clean them a couple times too, but the stain is almost completely gone and nearly unnoticeable! I can wear my favorite jeans again! I won’t go anywhere else now.
