Most employees are kind. You can't always control the attitude of the person who is driving the bus however the frequency and bus routes can be controlled.
The transit system in Burlington is very poor. Not only is the frequency poor but the route's are poor. Why is there no bus that runs straight along the major streets (east to west). You should be able to jump on a bus from Brant and Dundas and it take you all the way to Appleby and Dundas, without having to jump on another bus or countless detours. Going from point A to B within the city, can take you sometimes over an hour because of the way the bus route has been constructed when it really would only be a 5-10 minute drive. That is absurd! I would love to take the bus more instead of driving but not when it is such an inconvenience to do that. Burlington transit needs to look at Mississauga or the TTC for some tips!

You have to wait an hour for a bus, it's faster to walk around burlington. Burlington transit needs to make better time tables. Here I am waiting 40 min for a bus now.

I would give zero stars if possible. By far the worst public transit system I've ever used. Buses are constantly late by 15 minutes or more. If you miss your bus, too bad, hope you like waiting for minimum half an hour before the next one comes. Oh, you need to connect to another bus? Too bad, yours is late, and you'll have to wait another half an hour or more for the second bus. Drivers are either incredibly nice or extremely rude. Honestly, you're better off either taking an Uber or walking if you need to be somewhere quick. I can't count how many times I've been late for something, even when catching an early bus and giving myself more than enough time, because of how late Burlington Transit is.
Avoid at all costs.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would.
The buses are always late, and the drivers are rude. The possibility of this changing is slim since it's too difficult to send in a complaint.

The busses never show up on time. I call to find out how far behind the bus im trying to catch is running and the operator doesnt bother to pick up. Worst service I have ever encountered
