The GoTrain experience has so greatly improved and its station is gorgeous. The TTC experience is okay if you know what you are doing. Sadly the Via Train experience gets a "merde" rating. The first obstacle is that little bit of Front Street. Dropping off a passenger is a nightmare. Either cars are vying for hotel parking or too many taxis are preventing you from dropping off your guest. Must the bike rental also be on the road? Why is there no police officer helping with this cacophonous gridlock? Only a psychic could figure out which entrance is desirable. Why not place temporary signage or stickers on the ground like hospitals to help commuter find their way? Once inside would it be too much to expect to see a sign which says "trains this way"? I can attest that the lighting is much better in Indian train stations and in Gothic castles. Forget about easily finding the platform or train number with ease. We need a few helpful humans here and there. This mess has been going on for too many years.

Such a nice station! Can't wait to come back once the concourse is finished for the GO trains. For cuisine, I'm gonna have to recommend having a cheesecake from Uncle Tetsu's. That cheesecake will be the best $10 you could spend.

This is the busiest rail station in Canada. It links the city with the airport, the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal , Ottawa, Vancouver and New York. The building in itself is impressive. However for the past few years was in reconstruction which makes it look messy and ugly. Direct subway and streetcar just below.

Lots of construction being done here right now but the station is still beautiful as ever. Helpful staff and never had a problem with the trains here. It is super busy all the time. Love the city feel.

What a beautiful station although its under construction .Beautiful Happy Birthday Jesus (Christmas)decorations VIA Rail staff were friendly and assisted my daughter on to the right train as it was her first time!
