Fabulous deals on shoes. The clothing racks however are a hodgepodge. Kohl's much worse of a mish-mash. The hunt at Burlingtons is more worth the time because the deals are a lot better than at Kohls. Quality is good for most brands of items. Your size might be unavailable because the inventory is usually really picked over. I still go in there fairly often.
