I dropped off three bags of gently worn and named brand clothes and was greeted by a very nice employee. They give you 48 hours to come back and get your remaining clothes which I found very convenient. The offered me $50 which I thought was fair. While they didn't take some of my nice pieces, I overall had a great experience.

I just went to sell at this place usually i love it!!! But the girl said she didnt buy anything cas of style but i dont understand i have a brand new black misss me dress and a miss me black jacket for newyears i bought them on sale they are to small so i thought to try and sale them sense i cant return sale items i am upset because there is nothing wrong with those items

Go to savers instead it’s way better and cheaper. Shirts here are like $11 instead of $6 at savers. You can get a lot more and a lot better things

This place rips people off left and right, I don’t think I’ve ever met a person who had something good to say about this place. If your bringing in clothes for cash they will low bal you, I understand that they need to make a profit, but I’ve brought in a $300 dollar jacket with tags, designer handbags that are like new, and designer clothes that have never been worn and they’ve never offered me more than 10 bucks for any of it. They once said that a bag I had could only be sold for $40 and that’s why the price was so low, I went back the next week and saw my bag on sale for $290. They take advantage people, not to mention the kids who work their are extremely rude and the store is always a mess and the place reeks. I don’t even like buying clothes there, they will try to sell outdated and worn clothes for way too much. Save your money, you’ll find better deals on clearance at the stores and town. And if you’re looking to sell your items, try buffalo exchange in sac, it’s worth the drive, or online or a garage sale, Craigslist, or the Facebook reno buy and sell pages. Plato’s just feeds off people who need a couple extra bucks and have to part with their items, I can honestly say this is the worst store all around that I’ve ever been to. I’ve boycotted them, you should do the same.

I brought in a big bag of great clothes that were name brand and some of them never even worn!  They took one pair of shoes and denied the rest.  I know that it is up to their taste, but it wasn't worth the time.  Plus, they didn't write my name on the board to let me know that my clothes were ready, so I spent way too long waiting until I finally walked up to the counter to ask and a gal said - "oh, sorry about that" and that was it.  Not a great experience.
