Amazing club! Love it! Fun place to workout! A non-judgemental environment, machines/equipment are always available, it's clean, friendly staff and trainers (my experience with Lenka has been fantastic!). Classes are top-notch, and lots of them (always look forward to cycling, and Tabata classes). Special thanks to Lenka, Shira, and Laura.

Its been a little over 7 months since I've joined and I have had an excellent experience at this gym! It lived up to all of my expectations. The only exception were the hours of operation. I just wish the gym was open later. However, the staff was friendly, the work space was always clean and the bathrooms and showers were always clean. I loved all the programs they had to offer! Including the personal training and the classes we were offered to join. Its  really a great space to work out especially with the really motivating music playing in the background. I am sad to leave , but if there is another Women's Fitness in the area where I am moving to, I would join without hesitation!

I really like this gym. I could always find a locker, shower or equipment that I wanted to use. Even during peak hours there was always room.

Enjoyed the gym but during my initial fitness consultation a trainer told me I was in the 'high risk' category for body fat. I'm 5'9 and I weigh 135 lbs...average body weight and not what anyone would consider fat. Clearly a tactic designed to convince clients to sign up for personal training. I found it pretty ridiculous and offensive. Other than that, the gym was great.

I wrote the review below quite awhile ago and I would gladly have the smell of cleaning products again! It has only gotten worse in terms of the cleanliness. A number of us have brought it to their attention multiple times and really nothing has been done. Black marks/ grime on the floor , hair everywhere, showers are dirty , work out rooms are filthy and I am repulsed by the hair and grime on the floor when I am doing floor work. Why at 7 am is your cleaning person already sitting down when garbages are full , bathrooms/ showers are dirty etc etc ?? My membership ends in A few months - hopefully it gets worked out. 

I do really like this club. It is small and everyone is really friendly. I work out first thing in the morning right when the gym opens. I removed one star because at times it is still dirty from the previous day. I don't like that we have to dodge the vacuum , smell cleaning products or deal with dirty showers during our gym visits. I feel this should be done without clients present.  A few of us have noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the gym in the last little while... Which is too bad as that's one of the reasons I joined.
