Good station in terms of connection between the building and tracks - no stairs or elevators needed. Nice upgrade on the Kiss n Ride section and new modern building which will have a nice waiting area and Tim Horton. However with regards to parking and exiting the station: it is a nightmare. Hope they build few level parking lots like in Whitby/Ajax. It is must needed considering the amount of commuters using this station daily.

Great staff and wonderful station with connections to DRT, GO transit (bus and lakeshore west line) along with VIA Rail services. Also there is a CN yard nearby. Great spot for rail fanning.

Horrible customer service. Short, unfriendly and the opposite of receptive. If you dislike your job that much go work elsewhere! For people taking the GO train for the first time or are inexperienced they don't make it clear at all which train is which and where it's heading to. The lady at the booth made us both feel stupid for even asking. Took a solid 10 minutes to find a parking spot. 2 stars as it's affordable and a convenient way to travel to the city. Bottom line changes need to be made.

First time at oshawa go and i didnt know what i need to do to tap off and then tap again to imediately get back on to go to union. The staff was very unhelpful and made it sound like it was my mistake for not tapping of and go the the counter instead to ask for help. I went to the counter 3 times and every time they sent me outside. I even handed them my card 3 times but they insisted i havent done so the first two times. I ended up having to ask for a paper ticket instead, all the while they made comments making it seem like i didnt do it right. Hands down the worst experience from GO personel.

This station is absolutely pathetic and I spent 45 minutes looking for a parking space. The parking here is beyond pathetic and they need to do something to get themselves out of a Third World mentality. I ride trains throughout the US and Canada. Do yourselves a favor. Don't use this station if you intend to park your car. This is by far the worst station I've ever used. Just garbage.
