This place is great for quick things like oil changes but I would consider at least getting a quote from a few other places before committing to bigger work here. I was quoted $1500 for work here that could be done for $700 at another auto shop. On top of that, the other shop started to work on my car and realized that the part this shop told me I needed I did NOT actually need. A $900 part if I went through Burnsville Auto Repair... I ended up paying $350 in the end for the work I did need. I'm not sure what happened. If it was an honest mistake or what... But I am sure glad I got another opinion. I would have been out $1150. Otherwise the staff has seemed friendly and I like that it's family owned. Unfortunately, I will be sticking with the other auto shop for now on. Cars are expensive enough. And they are community owned so even better! Update: I had my car looked at by two separate auto shops and both told me that the part Burnsville Auto Repair wanted to replace was perfectly fine. So you decide for yourself what that means.

They were affordable and got my car in and out on time.Great experience considering I crashed my car.I was impressed with the staff and work done. I recommend going here again.

Quick service and friendly staff. But the waiting area is just a bench inside a gas station and there was a lingering smoke smell. But free carwash!

I’ve had work done many times here over the past decade. Stopped in from out of town for an oil change and was greeted by some of the friendliest people in auto repair business. Todd and Arianna were very helpful. This isn’t the type of place that will upsell you, just give you what you need to keep you moving. The owner Perry has always had ethical employees and out of all 3 of his shops this one is by far the best.

I have had work done several times from these guys and they consistently exceed my expectations! It is really hard to find a shop that not only has fair pricing BUT has amazing customer service. Perry and his crew are proactive and always deliver on what they promise. And the fact that I get a free car wash coupon with any service is a bonus perk! I will be back!
