Story

We service all brands of cars and trucks. Our LubeXpress is one option we offer for a quick oil change, you simply pull in and have your oil changed while you wait, no appointment necessary. We perform all factory scheduled maintenance as well as diagnostics and repair, everything from brakes and suspension to engines and transmissions.

I've had two great experiences with Steve's tire and auto. I got my car in and out the same day both times I needed service. The prices for my repairs were surprisingly low. The second time I went in I met the manager Will and he is a very  kind and friendly man. During my second visit will made sure i got a ride home while they were working on my car, and a ride to pick my car up when it was repaired. This place and the staff are awesome!!

I likes the service it was very detailed and thorough. I did not like the fact that we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our car. It has a drive-thru oil change service I feel we should have been acknowledged long before 10 minutes of sitting there, especially when there were 3 or 4 people inside standing and sitting around. Great Oil change though.

Made an appointment ahead of time. Informed the attendant I would be waiting there for the car. Four hours to do oil change and tire rotation/balance. Bummer.

I've always had a pleasant experience at Steve's Auto. I went there once with a whole bunch of lights on in my dashboard and not only did they fill up my engine coolant and fill my tires with air, they showed me how to do it. I appreciate their consistency and expertise.

I went in to do the fall package, which I thought was a great deal.  I told them before I came in that I was getting it checked because I was driving out West. When they called, they told me I needed the front and back brakes fixed and they might be too dangerous to drive out West. They also told me I had 2 CV boots out. Total repair: $750 for brakes, and $600 for 2 CV boots. I brought my car to Isle Auto to check their work. They refuted this quote and said my brakes would be fine past winter and they doubted they even checked the back brakes. There was almost zero leakage so they were not worried about the CV BOOTS either. Either way, I am disappointed. I called and let them know what I found out and all they did was apologize. I do not trust this business any longer, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Very unhappy. Very untrustworthy.
