I was shopping in the area and discovered a quickly flattening tire. I was amazed to find an auto shop still open at 8:30 at night. Dan the service manager was helpful and down to earth. They assessed the situation and fixed the tire at a very fair price. I was out the door by 9:30 and oh by the way with a free car wash which was a really nice gesture. The carwash had a human being pre soaking the car and cleaned my car thoroughly. Well done Bobby and Steve's.

Let me start by saying, it takes a lot for me to go online and give someone a one star review.

Never before in my life, and anyone around me, has heard of, or defined, "snowbird" as non-moving for a 24 hour period. My property had SEVERAL cars towed because snow was not removed from their vehicles after 24 hours from the time of snowfall. ARE YOU KIDDING?

This has to be the most money-hungry, and one of the most aggressive, acts I have ever seen out of a company. If someone was on business, on vacation, etc. and it happen to snow, but they were unable to move their vehicle, under Bobby and Steve's policy, THEY WOULD AND WILL BE TOWED!

As someone who gives loyalty to company's who deserve it, we are removing our contract for obvious reasons. Never again will I or my company support this business. Absolutely terrible customer service, and if it were up to me to leave a 0 star rating I would.

Let me start by saying I have had good service at the eden prairie Bobby and Steve's in the past when I dealt with Erik at the service counter. Unfortunately, he has since moved to another location. After recent events I won't go back to Eden prairie. 

My experience: 

     I purchased a lifetime alignment for my car a few years back. I have since received 3 alignments on said car, which went great (again, I dealt with Erik, who no longer works at that location). My car is now pulling to the right, and my tires are wearing choppy despite having only driven on them

First and last time I'll take my car here. I had them replace a low beam headlight that took them 10 minutes and they charged $62 for labor plus $30 for the bulb! Significantly more than a dealer would have charged. Live and learn.

Very nice place to have an oil change done! When I walked in I was greeted right away, and checked in. They have two floors with the upstairs having a patio with outdoor furniture, and a small area with toys for children to play. They also have complimentary fountain soda, coffee, hot chocolate, and water bottles.
