Was referred here by another business thinking they must be good.  I was then told to contact Ryan and he completely blew off my problem and offered no solution to fix it.  The most rude conversation I've ever had with someone, especially when they are trying to earn your business!  I have gone elsewhere and only gave them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option.

Ryan and his team are awesome. They are very responsive and have helped educate me through many septic issues. Everyone raves about them and you will too.

Originally I thought this company would be great based on the reference I had gotten that led me to call them in the first place. I hired this company to put a new septic system in at a home i had just purchased. Once the permit was approved and they began work i thought everything was going wonderful until I no longer saw the company working at my house. No one had given me a call to let me know whether or not the work was completed and judging by the holes left all over my yard (not to mention the broken swing set in the front yard) i thought there was no way they were finished, until I got the invoice for their services in the mail. I called the company and spoke with Ryan about getting the holes filled in soon, and his response to me was that they would be back out to fill them in and he told me it wouldn't be that same week but possibly the next week and that he would call and let me know. Two weeks went by and I had not yet heard a word. Throughout the next week or so I began calling, leaving messages and talking to other employees who all told me they would talk to Ryan and have him call me. It's been a about 3 business days since the last time i called and still have no answer or any sort of response from this business. I finally just called and told them if I don't get a response by tomorrow i will be calling another company to finish the job. Overall wasn't the greatest work and definitely was terrible customer service so far.
