These are the first and only company that ever sent over a registered letter stating we can be sued during our constriction of our addition.  We had not only drywall but plumbing (and their suppliers) HVAC (and their suppliers), electrical (and their suppliers), carpentry (and their suppliers), siding (and their suppliers), roofing and their suppliers), concrete and their suppliers), and finish trim (and their suppliers) work on our house and not one sent a letter like this.

Ask your contractor to find out if they would condone this practice; I found this very disturbing they obtained my lot number and parcel.
