We moved to the area 10 years ago and were very nervous about finding a reliable mechanic. Our neighbor recommended Butler and we've never looked back. We love them b/c they will tell us what needs to be fixed, what can wait a bit, and what doesn't need it at all. I don't feel pressured to get work done. They are always friendly and always take time to explain the issues to me in dum dum terms!

He is the best mechanic out there! You can't find ANYONE better than Alex! customer service is great, Alex knows it all, and he does it without any mistakes! If you can find any company better than Butler Automotive (which  I doubt you can) then YOU'RE WRONG! THOUSAND TIMES WRONG! (except for Safari Towing they're cool in my book). Also, he doesn't complicate things hardly ever!

We were on a trip across the country when our truck broke down. Alex and his staff rearranged their schedule and even worked after hours to help get us back on the road ASAP. We are grateful for their service and strongly recommend this shop above all others.

They fixed my car (that NO ONE could find the problem) took about a week but now its perfect again ....
Nice office Lady ... She always made me smile ....
