Short elevated hike, we took our six month old and it was really nice even though the waterfall was dry. Nice hike 30-45 minutes

Very pretty, gorgeous picture spot. Only :(, the waterfall was dried up. Bring your joking shoes, it's a hike!

Nice little park, with a quick trail loop. A great area for kids learning to navigate a marked trail (supervised, there are some big drop offs) .  You get some elevation gain, possible waterfall view if there was a heavy rain, two scenic overlooks over Rockland County, and some switchbacks.  Two other trails intersect the blue and will take you into Blauvelt state park. Usually there is plenty of parking. Some old and new construction houses being built on top of the hill right in view of the trail, but this is still a nice escape.   Morons like to scar and trash the top rockfaces, so expect some graffiti and trash. Watch for ticks.

I grew up going here to pick raspberries. Fantastic park, especially in the spring. Water runs low in August.
