Clean, good staff and helpful.  The enforcement of needing to have your residence card makes you feel safe at the facility.

They strictly enforce 'residents only' policy and there's no rule to bring any non-resident visitors. Spray park was smaller than expected but it'll be great for toddlers and younger kids.
They have an indoor basketball court and a game room that consists of two pool tables, one ping pong table, one hockey table, one soda vending machine, one snack vending machine and a cable TV. It's a nice area but giving four stars since there's room for improvements.
