Awesome store! I'm not sure why anyone would rate it bad. Most people don't read their coupons though so that's that.They price match everyone which is also a plus! Very friendly and helpful staff that knows their stuff. Feels like home!! Love buybuy Baby!

I would not recommend this store or this company for your shopping needs. My wife and I recently had a baby registry with this company, and only this company, but every single interaction we have had in this store has been frustrating. Whether it's a coupon issue, a price match issue, a pick up issue, or a return/exchange, we have dealt with excuse after excuse. Once the excuses run out, we then deal with arguments. It's simple to keep us...treat us right. We and our family and friends spent more than $3,000 here recently but we still have to deal with frustration over a $15 value of a coupon. It's ridiculous. They fail to realize that their prices are already arrogantly higher than the competition. You then have to make up for it somewhere (customer service) and they fail. The last straw was a store visit on 7/21 and a call center try on 7/22.

I have had the worst experience ever with this store in Summerlin, Nevada. I ordered a changing table and they forgot to order it. Then they forgot to add the changing table part to the dresser so I had to go back and order that separately. That arrived damage twice. Luckily they waived the shipping on that part. A few months later I went back reluctantly to buy the matching crib. They messed up the order at the store. Then the day before it was supposed to be delivered, they cancelled and said it would have to come in two days. And would not guarantee a time despite cancelling on my at the last minute. Do not give this store your business!
