Bought a water softener here and paid them  $316 to install. The installer showed up and charged another $210. Turns out, the $316 was for them to contact the plumber and did not count towards the installation. 

Racket. Hire your own plumber and save $316 dollars.

I had $22 Sears cash and made my way to my local Sears to take advantage of the buy one get one free Christmas lights special. I make my selection,  get in line, and the cashier tells me that the lights I chose do not apply to the deal. (?) They were in the section with signs stating buy one get one .. and indeed they were Christmas lights. It said Christmas on both packages. The cashier insisted that she agreed with me but the packages themselves would not be identified in their system as Christmas lights, therefore the buy one get one only applies to the same item. (?)Here's me, 8.5 months pregnant..I have no time to waddle back over to the far side of the store to make a new choice that seems ludicrous to begin with. Sears' wonders why it is failing. I leave empty handed.

So magically at home, the Sears website grants me my wish and the buy one get one works with no problem whatsoever for the exact same products! Might as well take advantage of a $22 reward. 

I will never step foot in that store again. Clearly there is poor management in place with misinformed cashiers. It's so sad to see an American business,  such as Sears, to be degraded and allow itself to fall into the shambles it clearly chose to follow.  What a mess.

Edith was very friendly! I was trying to find a nice blouse for my wife on our 12th wedding anniversary. She stopped what she was doing and found a nice one for me. I suck at picking out clothes. Thank you Edith!!

I enjoy shopping at Sears because they sell a little bit of everything for your house but I really enjoy their Craftsman tools you can't beat the tool for any homework or any other application you can sign for a Craftsman tool they have the tool for the job
