A lot of the items can be bought much cheaper brand new at a regular retail store. Most of the electronics don't work or have many missing parts, but they don't care because you don't get your money back, you only get a store credit that forces you to buy something else. Not good.

Decent prices, many items. But. You had better be registered on their site to get the discount. Not one sign telling me anywhere.

Clean, shelves are full, lots of furniture and clothes. Not enough cashiers but there seemed to be an abundance of managers and floor personnel. Donation area had only one guy to do it all and the site was overflowing with donations (logical this time of year).

This location is one of the cooler Goodwills in town, they don't have as good a selection at South Rainbow but they do get some pretty nice high-end items, although it is constantly busy here so you really have to show up early if you want a good item, with that said you can get a really good price on it item here, and their prices are much more reasonable than the South Rainbow location

I'm getting the run around in trying to get my refund of $41.32 on July 14, 2017  which was there computer error. My account got debited twice. Apparently when I called I was told that this had happened to others.  Spoken & visited the store manager yesterday whom I had given my bank statement showing the error. She never said I'm sorry for the inconvenience. My paperwork is supposed to be scanned to their finance department.  Let's see how long this will take. Not spending a cent at Goodwill until this gets resolved.
