Everything in here was pretty expensive but the selection seemed nice. One employee asked if I needed help without actually stopping her stride. Kinda good customer service, I guess? Smelled like baby products.

I live around 2 1/2 hours away from this store. We drive out of town once a month or so to do our grocery shopping since our small town sucks. We've bought things from Buy Buy Baby on a few occasions and have always been happy. Recently we bought a baby gate from there which we bought before as well. We got home and realized that it was missing the two extensions that would make it fit at the top of the stairs. I knew it came with extensions since we bought the same gate from them before and the box said so as well. I did not want to drive 2 1/2 hours just to return the gate and get it replaced. I called the store and talked to the manager. He was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I'm now getting a new gate mailed to me at no charge so I wouldn't have to drive the 2 1/2 hours back. I will definitely be shopping her more often and it's now my favorite baby store.

Every possible baby-centric item you could ever need, but you'll probably be able to find better prices on Amazon. Nice to try before you buy, but overpriced.

They have a ton of baby stuff but it is all overpriced compared to target and wal mart. The staff also doesn't make it a great shopping experience.
