This is the only carpet flooring store close by that has stain master carpet.
The sales person was nice and I bought the carpet.
They were supposed to come today between 9am and 10 am and they arrived at 1pm. I had some heavy furniture and I paid extra $130 for additional guys to move them and no one came, but the regular 2 men.
I would not use this company ever again.

Hurts my heart to see the bad reviews. Never have we received such excellent service. After buying our second home, we had to do a lot of flooring in multiple stages. Each time, the guys at SC Flooring went above and beyond. There were supplier problems with two separate orders and they stepped right up and upgraded us so we wouldn't have to wait. They also came in and finished flooring while we were in the hospital having our baby so we wouldn't have to come home to a half-finished house. The installers for both carpeting and laminate were incredibly professional and nice. You could not pick a better company to do business with (and we have worked with a LOT of contractors). On top of it all, they're just really nice people.

We received excellent service. The owners were very friendly and even helped us load the rug into our van.  They have a nice little waiting room for the kids to play while parents shop.

Everything was great until they emailed me they can't make it the day before installation. Long story short save yourself and go else where. Most unprofessional transaction. My floors took way longer than it was suppose to.

Just to reply to Jennifer in any business things happen and our supplier did not inform us until the day before the material was not there yet. we did everything we could under the circumstances.
