Husband takes kids car in and told 4 nails in one tire and two in another.  We bought tires just under 18 months ago with three year road side warranty. This idiot tells husband nails are not covered and needs an alignment and new tires. Will be $800. What an idiot! Manager from other shop where we have bought for years calls and he lies to her. This place is crooked! We will drive 3 hours round trip to go somewhere honest!

Purchased tires back in May 2017. I got on the fwy and my car was bouncing all over the place. I took my car into the dealer, and they said it was a balance issue, a day after I purchased tires. 1st bad sign. Forward 2 months later take it in for a tire rotation. Take in mind they told me when I purchased tires they said rotation and balance are included. I get on the fwy right after they did the tire roation, sterring wheel is shacky, I call them and ask, do you guys balance tire when you rotate. The guy tells me only if you ask us too. Hey genius mechanic 101, when you rotate your tires you balance them. Horrible, will not go back again.

I came into this shop because American Tire Depot in Valencia was dishonest.  These guys fixed my tire and also added complementary service.

These guys really helped me out of a jam with emergency repairs. So appreciated that they were open on Sunday & quick about getting it done. The manager, Brandon, was awesome. So nice & made sure my son's car was safe. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
