The UPS Store in Valencia is the best I've ever had the pleasure in coming to. Very professional knowledgeable and patient they have helped throughout my entire shipping projects and have guided me step by step and had all the necessary tools I needed to get my mail where it needed to be no lines at all I highly recommend coming here if your a novice like me or a pro!!

I've never had any issues here. I've shipped items here, and even got a document notarized with no problems.

After the pretty woman in line in front of me left, the two neanderthals working behind the counter verbally agreed that "she was definitely the hottest one of the day".  That's just low class and unprofessional.  I wasn't even the only customer in the store.  They'll probably get your parcels shipped, but you might leave wondering...glad my parcel did arrive the next morning, but I won't use that store again.

employees are rude and just look at you like you're an idiot when you're trying their door and it's closed and  just pointing to some magical clock that  doesnt exist.
