Sunday night October 29/17 I’m a guest at Royal Palm. Byblos is right next door. I walk into Byblos and ask for a table for 2. The place is empty. The hostess not friendly at all ask me do you have reservation? I said no. She goes so we don’t have tables right now but you can seat at Bar full menu. I look around the place is empty. I go outside to wait for my friend. Since she’s taking a while I decided to go inside and ask one more time. So not tables right? She says no. I seat at Bar. But I really wanted a table and I repeat once again the place was empty. So I ask the manger. Why I can’t have a table since the place is empty. He only now give me a table and slightly apologize. I felt disrespected the only reason I can thing about is because I’m black, Afro Brazilian. I only stayed because of my friend. The servent was fine. But the atmosphere was damn bad. I could not order dinner I felt sick to my stomach. But did not want messed up My friend’s night so I stayed. Never more. The place stayed empty no one after us showed up. Nice job Byblos. #racist

The menu had a number of good choices. Very good food tapas style. The restaurant got busy and took over 30 minutes to get a desert and coffee and another 20 minutes to get the bill. Should have skipped desert.

I've been here twice now, both times it was spot on. Expensive, but well worth it. The drinks are very good and enjoyable. The food is excellent and well put together. Creative medeterranian and middle eastern is how I'd describe the menu. a

Great menu! The best Mediterranean kitchen in South Florida by far. And loved the ambiance inside and outside!

Great food and scenery if on the patio. Interior decor is second to none. Naturally pricey, it's Byblos.
