I'm not sure there's a better selection of Peruvian food in this town. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. Plus it's a very well designed restaurant. Don't miss the lúcuma mousse... It really is the best way to end the meal.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The service, food and drinks are amazing. We got ceviche and octopus from the servers recommendations, and it was on the money. Cooked to perfection and the seasoning was delicious. The main course, the surf and turf with steak, shrimp and scallops was outstanding. I definitely would recommend this place for any occasion, it's clean and chic, and the service and food is perfect. Must go to in Miami Beach if you want great seafood and meat selections. Peruvian perfection.

Pablo is an excellent asset to this dining facility. His recommendations and knowledge are amazing as well as the food! Clean, professional, and wonderful atmosphere! Thank you for the pleasurable dining experience!

Great atmosphere but crowded. Tables small and tightly spaced. Overcharged for fish ceviche by server. Nearly double menu price. Server explanation did not add up. Ruined experience so will try one of many other just as interesting restaurants in area next night out.

We had an excellent lunch of Tuna cerviche. Light sauce with flavors of cilantro, lime and just enough of heat! The portion was huge enough for the two of us. Kayla as our server was knowledgeable and welcoming our every needs. CVI CHE is a fabulous eatery serving delicious as well as interesting eats. We will be back for more.
