The equipment was fine but we weren't able to get it back by 6 so we called and he said there would just be a small extra charge to bring it back the next day but then they charged us the full amount of another rental. Just a little surprised since he made it sound like it wouldn't be that way.

This place has it all. Seasonal rentals are their specialty. Prices are 30% lower than anywhere else.

This is both a store and rental agency. The store sells bikes and equipment. The rental agency is amazing. The people were friendly, helpful and engaging with both myself and the children I was with. The prices seemed reasonable.
When I need equipment I will go here.

The customer service at Outdoors Unlimited was so great!  They went the extra mile to help me and my daughter with her bike. The prices were so reasonable and they were quick to help us. I'll definitely be returning.

Really like having this nearby in Provo. You can rent a lot of gear for whatever outdoor activities you can do in Utah. They have lots of bike accessories available for purchase also. Employee turnover is pretty high because it's run by BYU students so service can be inconsistent but it isn't too bad.
