Felt it's costly. But overall management if store was good. Don't like trial rooms having curtains compared to door. Should think of installing doors instead of curtains. Gives better security to people trying.

Worst customer service ever!! The manager there was so rude! I wanted to use my coupon code after the transaction was completed because I had forgotten about it, then he went along and did it. But, was so rude about it, he was like “if you have a coupon give to me at the beginning.” I had forgotten about it and wasn’t going to come back and use it again! Also, the lines are so long and the associates are the worst! I don’t recommend coming here ever!!!

The collection is very limited. Difficult to find what you like. Especially for guys.

I can see why  nobody in Utah ever heard or cared about h&m until this one opened.  Horrible looking clothes and I can't tell if they are for men or not also over priced. Like everything I saw there looked like women or kids clothes.

Tiny store too the Nordstrom that was on this spot was bigger and had a huge amount of clothes.

As a retail store you would think this company would try hard to accommodate customers and go above and beyond to make sales.  I was shopping with my daughter and she really wanted a skirt they had.  The only 2 sizes on the floor were way to small or way to big.  Her exact size was on a mannequin.   When we asked a salesperson if we could take the size from the mannequin we were told that NO.  This is a sure way to lose our on sales.  We ended up havibg to find the skirt somewhere else.
