The store is a bit smaller than other H&M locations but that means there are usually less people around. I’ve always had a relative short wait for that register and the employees have always been available to help. Easy returns. The sections are always pretty well organized. Frank was a super helpful guy who helped us find just what we needed when we couldn’t find it on the rack. I definitely recommend hitting up the non busy hours of the day to make things even easier.

100% I am never going back. I love H&M but I had a terrible experience today. There were a lot of people near the dressing rooms And they treated my husband like a criminal for wanting to come in with me because I’m shy and don’t like people seeing me in clothes I’m trying on.  They couldn’t have been more rude. We went next door to pacsun and they were very kind to us.

One of my very favorite places to shop! The workers are usually pretty friendly and helpful. I love their clothing and prices. However, because it is a high traffic store, their inventory could use a little help. It's always a bit of a struggle to find what I want in the size I want, and they run out of things FAST.  Also, there needs to me more selection in the men's department.

Normally love H&M, but I found this location to be out of stock in a lot of average sizes. I love their prices and styles, but was bummed I found a lot of good things in the wrong sizes. The staff was distracted talking to each other and wasn't too helpful.

Kind of picked through with lots of missing sizes. The prices aren't terrible though.
