I worked in bicycle shops and raced bicycles for 7 years in my younger years. I have never seen such a great idea for cycling or seen better customer service. Having each bike custom built for each individual customer is an amazing concept and Fezzari does it excellently! Everyone I met at Fezzari were amazing people; very down to earth and full of great information. It has been many years since my last mountain bike and they were all patient with me and answered all of my questions to get caught up with today's bikes. Initially this visit was to purchase a bicycle for my daughter and ended up buying one for myself at the same time! 

I can't recommend them enough! Their prices at the level of frame quality and component groupo are much less than any competitor brand in the same level vs. price. Plus, each bike custom built adds even more value at no additional cost.

Customer oriented, flexible, responsive and local. Great value for the money. There is a product available for every rider.

I have raced cross country mountain bikes for the past three years.  Last year I went from Cannondale to Fezzari's Hidden Peak and have absolutely loved my it.   It is fast, smooth and high quality.  Fezzari is great to work with and bends over backwards to make sure I have been taken care of.  I will be buying next bike from Fezzari for sure.

It seemed after my "tune-up" my bike wasn't riding smooth. I brought it back and they took such good care of me and my bike.  I want good customer service and that's what you'll get and more...
