Founded in 1985 by Robert Luong, a Cambodian-born ethnic Chinese immigrant, we have grown to be one of the leading insurance agencies in the Chinese, Cambodian, and Vietnamese communities in New York & New Jersey.
In 2007, C & A Insurance Agency was named The Travelers Group's national Agent of the Year for Emerging Markets, and in 2008, we were named Agent of the Year for New York State (for both Emerging & Non-Emerging Markets).
