My experience with Priscilla and the team at State Farm exceeded my expectations. They were highly responsive to my questions and requests and very knowledgeable on the different policies I was inquiring about. They made the process easy and guided me every step of the way. Additionally, I found their rates to be very competitive. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

My agent was/is Mary Cuevas.  I think I hit jack pot when I reached her.  She took her time, advised me of all the discounts I could receive if I did certain things.  She gave me 3 quotes and took her time with each one.  Very friendly agent.  I would recommend State Farm.  They actually had a lower quote than Geico and I was previously with Geico for 10 years.  Its always best to shop around and I found the best deal I could get.  Thank you Mary for taking the time with me.  It was my pleasure.

So great! I've used them for car insurance and renter's insurance. The office seems to run very smoothly: it's easy to reach a real person (often Jeff himself answers the phone), everyone is on the same page so there's no contradictory information, they always know the answer to my question, and when the ball's in their court they act on it quickly. Luckily I never had to submit a claim, so I can't speak to that, but based on my experiences thus far I would expect them to be awesome.

Buyer beware.  Jeff is dishonest as Mexico is hot in summer.  Has anyone ever had a claim with St Farm in the NY Metro area where they actually settled  a claim in your favor?  I have an awful impression of St Farm based on my experience with Jeff Waddell's office.  My conversations with Jeff are not over so let's hope he antes up.  Of course, he is not worthy of even one star but.....we must enter at least one star to post a review.
