Got my alignment done here a couple of months ago and found out last week that the inside of my front right tire was rubbing against the strut and had wore a significant amount of rubber off the shoulder of the tire. I had requested custom specs for the alignment (for performance) but the tech hadn't even touched front camber claiming it was "close enough". Close enough wound up being almost twice as much more negative camber than what I had requested over OE spec. After all this I also got told that I should be thankful because they were suppose to charge me twice as much but they screwed up on the invoice and only charged me half the labor. Who the heck has ever paid $200 for a one time, no warranty alignment?! $100 was still a little on the steep side of what I've paid before but I thought I'd give them a chance since the reviews were so great, my car will never be in their shop again.

Our Land Rover Super Charged has a fuel pump problem. We live in Texas, called C@C for help. They not only replaced the fuel pump but corrected a hand brake problem, no extra charge. Friendly, professional, super nice people to do business with, very honest!

C and C automotive is the only place I would consider taking my vehicles. My two trucks are essential to my livelihood and after experiencing sub par diesel mechanic work I wouldn't trust my trucks to anyone except John Ryan and his staff of mechanics for my automotive work.  If I drop a truck off, I know it will be repaired correctly and quickly with no corners cut and I'll have it back to work in no time.  Great service and great shop A++

Took my car in for an odd noise that started around 4 weeks ago, and they got to it the next day. They called me back and said they couldn't find the source of the noise so they picked me up in a shuttle (free of charge) and bussed me to them in order for me to show them the noise. After the drive the tech looked in the engine bay and located the source of the noise almost immediately. C&C was extremely helpful and professional in helping me out with everything and I will absolutely be returning to them if I have trouble or questions about my car

C & C Automotive has been taking care of my cars for over 20 years and my experience has never been anything but 5 stars.  My husband and I depend on our cars and on C & C - both locations. We call them every time one of our 4 vehicles goes 3,000 miles and every time we call, we receive prompt, courteous, and friendly service. Because they do our "preventive maintenance" they know our cars. Then, when something goes wrong, their professional service staff is ready to diagnose the problem, advise us on options, and complete the repair after a decision is made...a five-star experience every time.
