I like taking my vehicle to Trucks & Moore because i feel like its the Best place who will do it right but i have been disappointed n now i feel like i cant not trust this place. My feelings bout them is shot. I spend great amount of money there

Disappointing and unreliable service. They don't take care of their customers. I learned my lesson and will not go back to them for my needs. ****UPDATE*** since the "owner" decided to comment. The staff was hit or miss and in the end I wasted time and money dealing with them and yes I'm still frustrated about it.  I can't vouch for any other similar businesses, I just wouldn't go back to Trucks and Moore if you want sound advice or reliable service. This is not a fake review, I'm not the 'competition'. Just a former customer who won't be returning. I have no need to post my name on here. Just thought my experience might be helpful to others who don't want to waste their money.

Had a very bad experience here. I just discovered that my lugnuts were never torqued and I only had three lugnuts on each front tire. That explains why I had a vibration that wouldn’t go away. I was also missing a center cap on the rear. I had spoken with the manager a few days earlier about the missing center cap. He said he felt like it was stolen because he couldn’t find it . It was also discovered that most of the plastic lugnuts that hold the center caps on were stripped. That explains what happened to the missing center cap. It must have fallen off going down the road if it was even put back on.Probably because of someone using a impact wrench on them when they should only be tightened by hand. I hope they get their stuff together. Their manager Bobby is nice and professional. I can’t say the same for the work that they do. I hope nothing like this happens to anyone else.

Terrible customer service and experience they could care less about making the customer happy. I brought my wheels there to get balanced and they scratched every rim. Then still made me pay for the balance after waiting 3 weeks for them to fix the rim

Got a spray in bed-liner done at Trucks and Moore. The bed liner was done quickly and looks good overall. However, they placed a Trucks and Moore plastic decal (a couple inches under the LED bedrail light) on the inside on the bed after it was sprayed. It is 1.5 x 5 inches and looked tacky (phone number, address, etc.) in my opinion. It peeled off easy enough, but left a black tar underneath. Now, I have a thin, black, very sticky, tar strip on my bed-liner. The colors don't match up and it is visible when walking around the truck. Why would you stick that big of a decal, without permission, on the inside of someones truck? Its not a billboard for your company. If you are getting a bed-liner, tell them upfront you do not want the decal. Otherwise, good service

-Update- Trucks and Moore did offer to respray the right side of the bed. The bed looks great now! Happy with customer service and product
